THE SYSTEM IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH C.E. REGULATIONS, AND IS COMPOSED OF:
1 MULINO MOD. M2granulator mill capable of grinding the material up to the desired thickness; it consists of a rotor containing the cutting blades, driven by an electric motor and fixed counter blades which cut the introduced materials until they reach the dimensions of the holes of a grid placed under the rotor from which it emerges. The type of grid mounted (available with different sizes of holes) determines the size of the granulate, the degree of separation of materials and the production quantity. With power 22 kw; Volt 400; Hz. 50, three-phase. Rotor diameter 240 mm. N. 33 interchangeable blades placed on three propellers on the rotor of the mill. N. 4 interchangeable and adjustable counterblades placed on the casing of the mill. N. 2 grids diam. 5 and diam. 4 mm. supplied. Complete with vibrating extractor with power 0.37 kw, 400 Volt, 50 Hz.
1 CONVEYOR BELT mod. N2 conveyor of the material to be treated moved by an electric gearmotor with power kW 0.75, V. 400, Hz 50. Rubber belt with length 3,200 x 400 mm development, with particular teeth that guarantee excellent collection and transport of the material to be treated . Edges protected by brushes on the loading side to prevent material from falling off the belt. Sheet metal chute placed under the unloading side to convey the unloaded material.

WATER SEPARATION TABLE MOD. T.A.2 metal vibrating table treated and painted with epoxy powders against corrosion with a rubber worktop, including the water pump for the rain system consisting of 21 adjustable nozzles, fed with rigid PVC tubing. The moving parts (eccentric and fulcrum) are supported by double row ball bearings to ensure perfect support of the axes subject to oscillations and vibrations. Complete with scraps belt built with bearing structure in Fe section with container guard and water collection tank in stainless steel. The scraps belt is in the container guard and is made up of 2 metal chains connected with 6 metal profiles to which the plastic blades are applied. The slag evacuation belt, located in the water collection tank, is a rubber belt with details and supporting structure in stainless steel. 1 SUCTION for powders with power kW 2,2, Volt 400, Hz 50. Suction – filtering group consisting of a fan with open blades with the suction mouth upwards, a sheet metal body where the powders are blown, equipped at the top filters (bags or cartridges) and at the bottom of the waste material collection bags.
1 GENERAL ELECTRICAL PANEL complete with all the safety devices and controls and ammeter for checking the current absorption of the M2 mill.
